country buffet

ok so tonight we are going out for dinner at country buffet. I love the fish that they have but when i look up in the database theres only fried fish. i thought the one they have is baked and if it is you think its in the same b allpark for calories? if know the calories lemme know:smile:

    The website www.thedailyplate.com has TONS of food listed in it. And, there's a lot of stuff from the Old Country Buffet there. I suggest you plan your attack before going in there tonight!

    thanx for that i ended up going to the webiste for country buffet and they have every thing listed, im really suprised by that. but now i see 2 different ones that it could be so i will have to look at the restuarant tonight and see. one has 190 calories and one only has 90. ill plan for both.
    im planning my meal for there right now lol.
