  • yes its so frustrating, you know the whole one step forwatd and two back thing. they did say it would take about a month im just worried ill gain my few pounds that i lost b ack and then ill be upset. thanx for the tip on the pilates though ill go try and find a video today!

  • oh i know what you mean im the only one considered obese on my family. i mean they arent all skinny but they arent that heavy either. i wont even tell my husbands family cuz oh god ill never hear the end of that
  • we dont restrict ourselves to just chicekn. we eat all kinds of meat they are just lean. i buy 3% lean ground beef, cut the fats off other meats and so on.

  • theres no way in hell you can get all of that for 80$ yea right!! tell him were not in the 50's lol. me and my husband spend about 350-400$ a month. if you take out diapers and baby food we woulld still spend about 250 -300 a month. groceries is one thing we splurge on because theres nothing like having no food in the house
