Wii Fit and calories burned

Hello!
Many people are doing the Wii Fit. I received one for Mother's Day and I love it.
I don't have a heart rate monitor. Is there someone who has one that has an accurate measure of calories burned? I weigh 146. I am just looking for an average, I realize without my own HRM it won't be correct, but it would be nice to have a ballpark figure!

    i use this site till i get my HMR its in japansese but real easy to figure out. just convert your weight to kilograms.

    ok what has worked as far as I know is if you input them in the exersize tab under

    runs = jogging in place
    other aerobics= aerobics general or low impact aerobics
    yoga= streaching hatha yoga
    balance games no idea
