Sounds like a great challenge. Mornings for me are all about coffee. So far only 1 cup drank after my exercise...need to get drinking to meet the challange I guess.

I will accept the challenge. Don't get too many trick-or-treaters as I live in the country but needed to get some candy just in case. A bag of snickers is all I bought. I will send the bag with my hubby in the morning to keep in the tractor so I will not be tempted to eat them. Out of sight out of mind.

I need to get up right away in the morning. I have tried to switch the excercise to the evening but there is so much going on that I usually didn't have time. I am in. I need some motivation. Kinda stuck in a rut and I think this challenge will help me out. 1/2 cup Chobani Vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 - 2 tsp Splenda. You might not need the Splenda but I like the little extra sweetness. It is very nummy!

Agree 100% with the gal who said you can't live on this the rest of your life. Might be a good quick fix but not good for the long run.

The only time you can count coffee as water is if it is decaffinated coffee.

My Pilates instructor told me that you can work ABS everyday. It is the only muscle that you can work everyday.
