Melba rounds and a wedge of laughing cow cheese - 95 calories, lately I have fallen in love with my sweet little gems - prunes! 4 of them is 100 calories and they are sweet and delish! It feels like I'm having a desert. They're loaded with antioxidents, potassium, fiber and they have zero fat. They call it a superfruit! I also like to snack on a big salad of baby spinach, grapes or sliced strawberries, a little fat free feta and some light rasberry viniagret. 3 whole cups of spinache only has 40 calories so you can have a BIG salad to fill you up for very few calories.0

In this kind of weather I like Popsicle brand no sugar added Fudgsicles at 40 calories a pop. I also snack on fruit, cheese, Greek yogurt, strips of grilled chicken breasts, and peanut butter fairly regularly. The pb is good microwaved and used as a dip for the fruit. The Greek yogurt can be thickened almost to a cheesecake like texture with a little sugar free instant pudding mix.0

Cottage cheese with fruit, and apple with PB.0

Chex Mix Chocolate Chunk Bar - It's not 'healthy' but it's only 120 calories/bar so it's great when I'm craving a chocolate fix.0
