Low calorie snacks. My nutritionist recommends protein inbetween meals. I find that eating fruit is not satisfying because I am still hungry afterwards so my choices are:

    hardboiled egg
a tb of peanutbutter on low calorie bread
    1 oz of cheddar cheese
6 oz of non fat yogurt
one or two low fat string cheese sticks
    jello sugar free rice pudding
    etc.

Fruit, low fat cottage cheese, dry roasted almonds [I buy the 100 calorie packets, so not tempted to eat more]. I pack all my food for the day in a lunch bag. If I want to change food around I do, but it's still all healthy food. Good luck on your journey!

Personally, my snacks are hardboiled eggs, weight watchers or-something-similar cheese sticks, cocoa roasted almonds (takes away my chocolate craving, but low cal and DELICIOUS!) apples, a teaspoonful of crunchy peanut butter, and the like. Someone else mentioned cottage cheese which is also a good choice, but I'm not a huge fan of the texture!

Lately a favorite of mine is 3oz of baby carrots, with 2 Tablespoons of Supremely Spicy Hummus, I think it comes out to like 95 calories.
