My stats are female, 36 years old, 5 ft 8in tall and started 3 weeks ago at 248lbs, now 239.6...YAYYY! I just want to make sure I am doing everything right. Thanks for all of the input!

Thanks! I got some further clarification..I guess the class I am going to is mostly strength training with weights, not cardio...so I guess i will have to try and pay attention to how many rep/sets I am doing. Way more confusing to log the strength training for sure:)
