How do I log a Body Pump class (Goodlife)?

I am starting a Body Pump class today, and want to log my exercise but cannot seem to find anything comparable. It is a high intensity cardio class mixed with weights and strength training...duration is 60 minutes. Any suggestions?

  • I'm have the same question. I take a Group Power class and can't figure out how to load it under Strength. I finally just bought a Polar FT7 watch and recorded my calories burned and just made my own exercise, but had to put it under Cardio because I don't know how many reps/weights I did.
  • Thanks! I got some further clarification..I guess the class I am going to is mostly strength training with weights, not cardio...so I guess i will have to try and pay attention to how many rep/sets I am doing. Way more confusing to log the strength training for sure:)
