Hey all thanks for the advice!! I added spinach into my daily smoothies, that's the progress so far. I also had oatmeal this morning and slowly it's adding up :D

Oh yeah, I definitely am joining you in this. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever - desserts are my absolute favourite. My sister and I pretty much follow the same food intake, except my diet is supplemented with sweets and cookies and I realized that THAT must be why she lost so much weight and I haven't.

I love Gala apples!!! So crisp and sweet :) I have trouble figuring out which is the cheapest type of apple though..
