The free version tracks the macros that you need for low carb. The paid version shows you everything. Are you doing low carb or Keto?

Vodka & Diet Coke Svedka pink lemonade vodka with diet (sugar free lemonade) I think vodka is one of the lowest carb alcohols or you could opt for Michelob ultra which is low carb.

I use Power Maxx from GNC. It's very good tasting and also low carb. I have both vanilla & chocolate and both are delicious.
-
LOL me too. I have to laugh at some of the comments I read on the internet. Too funny.

I lost 127 lbs in 2007-2008 while eating low carb - I gained some (not all) of it back over the years. Not because I ate carbs but because I ate crap. Now I'm trying it again and going to use it as my primary lifestyle (aside of a cheat day here and there). This is what will work for me by sticking to it long term.
-
Hi you should read the thread first, this has already been discussed. Have a great day
-
I'm done lol. I came here to offer my opinion on bulletproof coffee to someone who asked. Sometimes everyone's opinion isn't needed if not requested. Many people don't understand that. Not referring to you. Just in general. So many internet gurus lol
-
I have todo what works for me. If I stop low carb temporarily to trick my body, then so be it. But for me, low carb is best long term
-
Thanks - But I'm already doing what works for me. It's the only type of diet I've ever been successful on. Take care.

I use butter, olive oil and coconut oil. Cheese. Heavy cream. Pepperoni. 80/20 ground beef. Did you always eat chicken? I do sometimes but I mix it up by eating other meats/proteins as well. Eggs.

I am trying to understand yes but I am also going to continue Keto until it doesn't suit me anymore. Then I will have to find something else that works. I've never had luck with weight watchers (where you count points and can eat practically anything). I notice when I eat carbs i become addicted so for me, personally, low…

I was just throwing out a roundabout figure. Not needing to feel I had to be so 'technical.'
-
Ok. My weight loss has not stalled but it will. I understand that. So when it does I will reduce my macros. Thanks!
-
*stalling lol
-
And so when I see my weight loss stalking then I can reduce my deficit. Good advice. Thanks
-
I have done every diet in the book & have always lost 5-7 lbs in the initial week or two.
-
I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs by the end of May. If I lose more great but I'm trying to be realistic. I have done it before. Just have to keep it off for good :D
-
Ok yes. Someone suggested that I mix intermittent fasting with Keto. Any opinions on that?
-
Yes I know what you're saying but I do not have to calorie count, per se. That's all. When I reach my carb limit I usually only have fats left so I have to eat something fatty that has no carbs.
-
That's your opinion & you're entitled to that. But I've tried literally every diet out there and every time I lost 5-7 lbs the first week (which of course includes water).
-
Also, I believe as your weight drops you need to adjust your macros (decrease). No?
-
Can you kindly explain what you mean as a deficit? I'm intrigued. Thank you
-
Not to mention any initial loss on ANY diet is water lol
-
Either way, I lost 6 lbs in 3 days. I'll take it
-
So initially 50 lbs is not technically any fat loss? Is that what you are saying? I know a lot of people who lost weight on low carb & that is now their lifestyle. They lost a lot of weight.
-
Honestly did you all come here to argue with people. I thought this was supposed to be a positive and supportive community.
-
Really? I did low carb years ago and lost 50 lbs. how can that be a water? Lol
-
I am but not by the calories. I think I am doing something right because I've already lost 6 lbs. I appreciate your suggestion though.
-
:) Agreed but I do not pay attention to them. What determines my diet is the carb limit, protein and fat.
-
On the ketogenic diet you do not count calories. You use carbs, protein and fat as your macros. That's it. Nothing else. So calories have nothing to do with it on the Keto diet which is what it was designed for use with.
