Down 34 lbs as of this morning! LOVING IT!
I am so happy with what I have found, and something that is finally working! I am down 34 lbs now and still going. It's never been easier or healthier!! I feel great and my old clothes are fitting again. I love this program :)

I lost 23 lbs and still going!
I am so happy, I am finally getting the results I wanted and had such trouble getting over that proverbial "hump!" I'm 41 and as we get older things tend to slow down... but I found the secret. :)

Atkins & using MFP for no or low carb diets?
How can it work, if I am not eating carbs or very little? The calorie calculations are for diets including carbs. I guess I can just ignore it and come here for support. I lost 5 lbs this past week (starting the 2nd week of induction today) and want to be active on here daily for motivation.

Hi - I have been dieting for about 3 weeks now. I am using Shakeology once a day (I have forgotten to drink it a day here and there but for the most part I'm replacing a meal with it). Ok, my diary is private, BUT.... when I go to the bottom and click complete for the day, each day it tells me something different for what I will weigh in 5 weeks. How many calories can a body burn in a day? (link)
I thought this was an important topic since it recently came up with a friend of mine. Your body cannot burn over a certain amount per day, so exercising too much really is counterproductive. I have heard 1 hour maximum is the best bet, per day. Or 1/2 hour per day everyday of the week. Rule of thumb for the diabetes diet.…

Question
Help please? I seem to be going over my protein goal but staying under my calorie count, and I am losing weight, so... is this ok? LOL Also when I entered exercise, it added points back to my daily calorie count. But for weight loss, I don't think this makes sense. Is there a way to turn this off?
