Is there any specific plan associated with mfp, or is it just a tool to help you work your own plan? This is only my second day on here. I really like the site either way, I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Alas, no current significant other to hide it for me. :smile: But I like the closet idea. On the kitchen floor is simply too tempting. I'm having a harder time with this issue than with the food.

Hi, Just joining. Not extremely motivated at this point, but okay with that. Wading in rather than diving in this time. I always start new "diets' like a gun shot, only to quit a few months later, so maybe the tentative approach will work better.
