  • Best thing for mastitis is to keep feeding as nothing removes milk from the breast as well as a baby. If it's really far too painful to feed from make sure you express as much as you can from it to try and clear it.   • Could have done with this post last night as this is exactly how my evening went. Had some sweets out of my son's party bag then moved on to chocolate..... and the list went on.
  • I do this. I tend to use it as motivation to do my workout DVD as once I've burned the cals there is enough there for me to have a low cal treat. Otherwise I drink peppermint or caffine free green tea. Seems to help with the cravings. As pp said, I make sure I drink plenty of water in the eve also. :)

  • I don't eat wheat products. I eat a lot of stir frys with noodles, meat with potato/sweet potato, curries and stews with rice.   • I drink mostly just water and love it, but when I go back to my folks I tend to buy bottled water as I don't like the water there. So maybe some areas don't have nice water? I know people who don't give their kids/babies water because they (the parents) don't like it so assume their kids wont either. :noway:
