Same! I can't believe I used to wear jeans in 95 degree weather.

Yes, I've had that issue. Once you save, click to a different part of the website that's not FOOD (try COMMUNITY, for instance), and then go to FOOD and try to add the edited recipe. That's been working for me; clicking away seems to allow it to reset or something. Probably a bug of some kind.

Nice work! And good job picking a timeless prom dress - not always easy.

Nope, can't make myself do it. Will try early-ish (around 8am) on Saturday and Sunday, though.

Gained a lb. Bummer! Gonna keep chugging, though.

I started up with yoga again in February and go 2x per week. I was quite inflexible but now I can, for instance, touch my palms to the floor without bending my knees. I also tend to have lower back pain, but noticed recently that I haven't in a while. I didn't lose weight with yoga alone, but for overall health, I think…

Calculate the calories for the entire recipe, and then divide by the number of falafels you end up with. If it's 1000 calories for the whole recipe and you make 10 falafels, it'll be 100 calories each. You can set it so it has 10 servings, with serving size being 1 falafel. But obviously if you eat two, you've eaten two…

Cut it in half. I.e., if the marinade is one cup, I'll log it as half a cup. (And then also divide it by the number of servings. So if there are four pieces of chicken, that would be one-eighth cup marinade per piece.)

Mine are Plantronics. I only use one bud at a time, and so use a binder clip to clip the other bud to my collar. I leave enough slack when pinning to prevent any neck movements from pulling the one bud out of my ear.

Greek Yogurt Cake http://caffeiiina.blogspot.com/2011/04/another-thank-you-and-wonderful-greek.html Like cheese cake, but with Greek yogurt instead.

A definite difference! Like, in the second side pic, your bosom is about equal with your tummy. Good job!

First time running 5k :)

Only drank 32 oz at work today - had to spend the whole day in a building with broken water fountains. But just need to drink two more glasses before bed, and I'll be good. My bf's birthday is on Sunday and we're going out for dinner, so I'm going to try to save up some calories before then.

Super! Such a big change in so few days!

Saving this in case my current ones stop working.

Great job not letting your weight hold you back.

I weigh daily but input into Excel and focus on the 3-day average. Even that fluctuates, though.

Cool, I love apps! Super helpful.

No extra lee-way, really, but I also don't mind if I'm not losing as much as I think I should be.

I know jogging does, so I bet walking does, too. Maybe keep some kind of log of your time/distance and maybe also how you feel afterwards, so you can easily see the difference in, say, a month from now. That kind of stuff keeps me motivated, at least.

Took it easy yesterday. Saved up calories for a fairly large dinner and dessert. Also started 30ds, but now my ankle is hurting, which is a bummer.
