• I had diastasis too!! I only had my son 5 1/2 weeks ago, but its getting better a tiny bit. I am hoping it continues to repair itself. These before and afters are really inspiring :)

• Could be! But still I wonder how many additional cals everyone adds for breastfeeding? I have heard 300 so I am thinking of trying that, but want to make sure I am eating enough.
