Stopped Losing

Im at a standstill for the past two weeks. I am eating the calories and staying close within range. I just had a c section 5 weeks ago so I am waiting for clearance from dr. to workout. I am also breastfeeding. I saw a way to log it, but maybe the 500 calories mfp adds is to many?

    You just had a baby! Let your body heal and take care of yourself first and foremost. Your losses or standstills at this point are probably hormone and pregnancy related, not usual run of the mill weight loss problems.

    Could be! But still I wonder how many additional cals everyone adds for breastfeeding? I have heard 300 so I am thinking of trying that, but want to make sure I am eating enough.
