I am a 24/26 top and 22 bottom obviously depending on the shop and maker. Would be happy at a 14/16 so that I can defo shop anywhere without having to keep looking for the plus sizes all the time.

I've done the Aberdeen 5K one for the last 2-3 years but unfortunately cannot make this years one. Good luck to anybody doing it this year. I'm sure you will all do great. :happy:

I log everything Monday - Friday but tend to struggle to log at the weekends, but yes, I would log my bad days too

Benn there - It got so bad that I was referred to private care and ended up having the disc removed so that I could at least stand up straight. Take it easy and try not to agrivate it. Good luck

I have the same breakfast Monday to Friday but something different on the weekend. My evening meals are always different during the same week but are sometimes repetitive over a 2-3 week period

I plan my evening meals every week that way I know what I have to buy and it helps to stay on track. This week we are having paoched salmon, gnocchi, butterfly chicken, seabass, pork loin steaks, omelette os some sort and beef steak all served with veg or salad. Lunches I buy something that I can heat up in the microwave…
