I don't think that it does. I use my strength training as bonus calories burned and try not eat those back. I go about 70/30 on eating back my cardio burned calories.

Three Weeks is a GREAT start. A lot of people don't make it out of the first week. Stay with it. If you are having a bad day - don't fret it - Just get back on track tomorrow. It takes time. Remember that you did not put the weight on in a week. Three weeks of losses and a week of gains, still equals a net loss for the year. You can do, just log everything - it really does help. I have lost 70lbs since last April - there have been ups and downs along the way - but the main course is downward.…
