Start using MFP on Jan 5th. I had used other weight lost problems in the past. They worked, I had lost over 80 pounds. Then I got sick and gained the weight back.
Starting the 4th week, had lost 10.7 pounds, but last week gained back 2.8 pounds. Started snacking and not exercising.
Hoping to get back into the good habits that I had and lose weight again.

It takes time. Remember that you did not put the weight on in a week. Three weeks of losses and a week of gains, still equals a net loss for the year.
You can do, just log everything - it really does help.
I have lost 70lbs since last April - there have been ups and downs along the way - but the main course is downward.
Only weigh yourself once a week - same day and time each week. When there is an increase, review your food log and exercise to see what may have contributed to the gain.
