Great job everyone. Sorry I missed the kudos earlier. I think everyone is doing wonderfully. Cinzil, I have weeks here and there where I don't lose. We are women, our bodies are weird, lol. I started this doing 1600 calories a day and got results.

I have a Polar FT40 and can tell you that MFP way over estimates. I was stalled, and then got my HRM and started losing again.

Before MFP I was in the bathroom all the time and had constant diarrhea. Now there is less fat in my diet and at first I was constipated. Now I feel like a normal person and go less often. Your body is adjusting to getting healthy. I do not take fiber supplements, I eat fiber in the form of foods. Good luck on your journey!
