I love cottage cheese!! I eat with fruit like raspberries, blackberries or strawberries sometimes I add a few almonds for crunchy effect. Or I just eat it plain right out the tub LOL :love:

I have wondered the same thing!! Especially since I buy the watermelon that is cut into chunks at the store, depending on the size of the chunk I have no idea if I am eating a cup. :huh: <-- that's me confused!

I use Jay Robb Whey Protein, it taste delicious!!! After working out, I can not wait to get home to drink it (I mix it with Unsweetened Almond Milk), I think of it as a treat :happy: LOL. I prefer the Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry flavor. It has 110 calories, 1g Carb, 0g Sugar & 25g of Protein.

I am sort of on the same boat but after I workout. I will get close to my daily calorie goal then in the evening I go to the gym to do my cardio (mornings I do weights bc in the evening the guys hog the weight machines LOL & at night I do cardio) so when I enter the amount of calories I "lost/burned" doing cardio, it will…
