Protein - Is there such thing as too much?
For today, I have already passed my "Daily Goal" of 49 for protein (I am currently at 83). Is there such a thing as too much protein or should I try to stay close to the "Daily Goal" of 49. :huh: Thanks!!!

Snacks - "Full" feeling longer
I pack my breakfast/snacks/lunch for work everyday but towards the end of the day I feel starving!! So when I get home from work, I tend to snack on whatever is in sight til I can make dinner.
