Hi everyone! I <3 everything turbo! I am currently enrolled in a bootcamp but rely on my Turbo Kick for cardio (well as of now, lol) I would like to lose about 10 lbs in 6 weeks so I am VERY excited to start today!!

Find your "soul mate" workout. Something you actually look forward to doing every day! Running on a treadmill or using an elliptical bores the crap out of me! So I end up doing group classes @ the gym when I can. Having that accountability has helped a lot! :)

my motivation are my skinny pictures. also my very expensive jeans that i bought when i was super fit and that i now can't fit in. i know i know superficial...but GRRRREAT motivation! lol

Hi! Honestly the best advice I can give you is to be HONEST with yourself. Even when you cheat. It helps to keep you accountable and see if there are any patterns in your cravings/overeating/bingeing/etc. For example, my downfall is dinner.
