Just opened my diary but it's only for the past 2 days. I was tracking everything on WEight watchers previously. OH and I weight and measure everything! If WW taught me one thing that it was to make sure you know what you are eating!

I lost 8lbs when I did 30ds. I do not have pictures but after being out of shape for about 2 years and still carrying around "baby weight" it completely change my body!!!

You have to stick with it. I am 5'2 and I lose VERY VERY slow.I started around the same start weight as you and I have lost about 15lbs since January. Some weeks it's a .2 loss. I agree with the previous poster. If you are not happy with their services find someone else to work with. If you are preparing your own meals why not try weight watchers? IMHO they are awesome!

I have posted in some other Shred Threads. I am day 23 now and I have lost 8.2lbs so far and a ton of inches. I am also doing Weight Watchers at the same time. I have nothing but raves about 30 day shred!

I am about to start level 3 tomorrow.. I skipped a few days or did other workouts. SHred is amazing!!! It was $9 at target and has transformed my body. I have lost 8.2lbs in about 3 weeks. My pants are all loose, shirts loose. Muscles in my arms coming back. IT's soooo worth it!!!

I would think your body would get so used to it if you did level 1 for 30 days. It's all about the shock to the system. I'm on day 3 of level 2 and I already see a huge difference in my body. I had a BMF (just regular one ) last year. I finished level one last night and I am SORE! not sure if because I was following the advanced moves the past few days. Deeper squats, heaver weights, real pushups... Curious to see what level 2 brings!

This is the only exercise I am doing now besides trying to get 10,000 steps a day on my fitbit. I hope to go running one night this week so here and there I will take a day off from shred and try something else. I honestly feel like I ran a marathon by the end of the 25 minutes.

I hate those squat presses thank goodness they are first up in the circuit!!!!! I think diet totally plays a huge roll in this too.I love love love mfp because it was free and the community that is here but I needed some more rules to keep me in check. I totally credit half the loss to the workout and half to the diet!
