Try mixing core exercises into your workout. That makes a dramatic difference in your middle & are better than crunch style ab exercises. (Planks, pushups, kettlebell swings, using a stability balls for pushups & crunches)

Or re-heat fish or shrimp & it'll stink so bad you will not want to eat!!!

Did you ever start this? I'm 5 1' 150, uggghhh. Never been this heavy except when pregnant. I've been working out 4 days a week and trying to count calories on fitness pal. BUt my eating is terrible. It was never this bad prior to being pregnant. I just got my scrip for Phen today, will start with 1/2 pill in the morning.…
