I did it and it worked short term, meaning use it as the start of a diet. If you do it and go back to eating the same way, you will gain every bit back. I agree that if you do it, only do it for the 7 days and more as a diet reset. It shrunk my stomach and my sweet cravings were gone but it is not a healthy sustainable…

If you are looking at it as a reset and only 1 week, then it works well. It is definitely not a sustainable or healthy diet. I did it for a week and I lost 7lbs. I wasnt craving sweets after the week and I was eating much smaller portions, however, that only lasted for about 2 weeks, along with the -7lbs.
