I too am looking for an app that can give us options to track more than just what’s on the labels. Times have changed now it’s about time to track what’s more important than just what’s on labels. . Ive been using (off/on) app for 13 years and still we are stuck.

For example specific toxins/poisons: hmmm spoiled anything such as milk, steak, chicken, etc., and cheap alcohols such as mixing nitrane and thunderbird together. lol. Stuff that give us Hang Overs. If you drink lots of water, eat veggies or I heard menudo helps too. lol. If there is way too much toxins our system will…

Naturally your body will eventually level off, and in time you will get your true weight...... I'm just saying there is a faster (a catalyst if you will) all natural way, by just sitting in sauna and other things such as drinking water and eating veggies. Anvilhead could be right, he said they're all 100% scams.... Going…

I would do a sodium, liquid, and roughage system cleanse. All natural of course. Heat is a excellent energy source to rid or pull excess waste or toxins from your body. If you are eating that much food, you should be getting enough nutrition and liquids to do these cleanses without feeling fatigue, but just be sure you…

OMG. You look awesome!

I usually eat about 11:45 pm to about 12:30 am. Sometimes I either log day before or day after. I don't think it matters.

Beautiful Sara!

Day six of Insanity! This is my second time around.5'8". SW: 170. GW:150.

I compared my HRM to MFP when doing the walking/jogging exercises and found that they were pretty close to each other (5% to 10% error). I also compared these with another app I downloaded from droid. This app uses gps to measure speed and was accurate as well (5% -10% error). BTW I moved on from Insanity to Asylum & P90X.…

Awesome body! & great pics! I like the part when you mentioned about eating some of my favorite foods: Long live donuts and pizza!!!

Where do you find the directions & secondary ingredients to the member submitted MFP recipes?

Wow about 24 files of worksheets and schedules... Was it this one? P90X2/Insanity: The Asylum Schedule http://www.yourfitnesspath.com/wp-content/uploads/P90X2_Asylum%20Hybrid-Round.pdf

Awesome! What workout schedule did you use from day 1 all the way to day 90? I'm ready! Great job!

Coffee gets me going. Right after the coffee I slowly drink the blended spinach, celery, greens, strawberry, watermelons, peaches...

I was looking at fitday today and it seems they totally updated site and appears that the support, needs/wants, looks pretty good. This place tracks more of the nutrients I like to see, (i.e. appears a better list Alcohol, Vitamin D, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Phosphorus, Selenium, Vitamin E, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12,…

This is what I found from google search: About Chicken (weigh after it's cooked): http://en.allexperts.com/q/Nutrition-Dieting-939/protein-raw-cooked-chicken.htm As for fish and other seafood, raw and cooked are the same, so no need to weigh the fish after cooked.…

I purchased a super cheap (gets the job done) hrm from amazon (Pyle Sports PHRM38BK Heart Rate Monitor Watch with 3D Walking/Running Sensor) it seems durable when jumping, standing, planking and stretching when doing insanity. I enter the calories BURNED into MFP which tells me how much more I need to eat. I too didn't…

If you can hit your other goals: Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbs, then you can actually achieve/hit your sugar goal. Just workout (extra calories from exercising) on how much you went over your sugar goal. Thankfully sugar is directly proportional to your (calories as well) workout (i.e. if you went over 33% of sugar goal,…

I rarely/never take supplements/vitamins (i.e. the one a day vitamin for men) since I've been tracking via MFP. Thanks to MFP I can actually see what I'm lacking (and exceeding: sugar) and I do take a vitamin if I'm below one of my nutrients. I do sweat, esp. during an insane workout, I tend to swallow some sweat at times…

Great, I'll add more potassium to my diet when I see my sodium levels exceed the 2.5 grams. Is there an approx/ratio to this potassium to sodium flush? Just Curious. And damn the sugar level is a bit high. Give and take kind of thing. loL.
-
Read several posts and most say not to worry about it too much... So will just try and hit the 33 gram goal.

Very Good Indeed! Nice!

Sounds good.... Bump!

Yep - muscle mass. My suggestion - if you want to get more muscle definition, is eat at maintenance (including workouts) and throw some heavy lifting into your routine. [/quote] I haven't got any kind of weights (on a serious budget), but am considering doing pull ups, chin-ups and the behind the head chin-ups. Oh and when…
