Just wondering why the sodium level does not increase slightly when one works out (earn bonus extra calories). When I workout hard on some days, I tend to go over the sodium intake. I've noticed I easily go over my cholesterol esp. During workout days since I started counting calories. Just eating two eggs for breakfast, I'm done for.
