fish nutrition facts; other meats, fruits & veggies

I finally got my food scale from amazon.com and now I can enter foods with better accuracy. (cheapy scale but gets the job done: NEEWER® High Quality Kitchen Good Helper Digital Kitchen Food Diet Postal Scale 5kg White)
Is there a reputable site that can give me a good estimate regarding nutrition facts for catfish (farm) filets, salmon, trout, etc.? Some of the fish listed in this database are questionable in regards to protein, cooked vs raw, etc. I just want to get a good estimate and compare. I realize it's not 100% but just want to be sure, it's not way off the scale.
And any other good sites that I can compare meats, fruits and veggies as well.
Thanks,

This is what I found from google search:
About Chicken (weigh after it's cooked):
http://en.allexperts.com/q/Nutrition-Dieting-939/protein-raw-cooked-chicken.htm
As for fish and other seafood, raw and cooked are the same, so no need to weigh the fish after cooked.

Here is the USDA nutrition facts website: (Good Luck!)
