Cholesterol levels. Good vs bad.

I've noticed I easily go over my cholesterol esp. During workout days since I started counting calories. Just eating two eggs for breakfast, I'm done for. I stay away from fried foods and tend to eat healthy foods. What happens if we eat too much good cholesterol? & shouldn't cholesterol increase slightly after a good workout?

If you are at a normally heatlhy weight and don't have a family history of cholesterol issues, it's just not something you even need to measure or worry about. Dietary cholesterol has little to no relationship to serum cholesterol in most people.0
