maybe 60 grams daily is too much. 25-30 is the usual recommendation. too much may cause malabsorption of food and cramping.

i would only bulk once i have stopped making gains at maintenence. good luck bro and congrats!

i think the OP is just trolling. the bench press is used by football, baseball, and basketball players. it involves almost all the major upper body muscles. i dont care what sport u do, having a strong upper body will improve performance.
-
r u serious?
-
dont drink too much milk
-
if im thirsty then i drink. i dont keep track. to each his own. it doesnt help with fat loss.
-
i stopped counting cals after 2 yrs of counting. i am maintaining nicely. its been great being like everyone else on the planet. lol
-
looks good 2 me
-
row if u want 2 grow
-
nothing wrong with working out everyday. u may just have to vary the intensity.
-
.4lbs weight gain=skinny girl problems lol
-
not wanting to sound like a party pooper but it is probably ur imagination. u want results so bad that u think ur clothes r bigger on u. its alot easier to lose weight than it is to build muscle. i would use scale as the test for fat loss.
-
for bodybuilders cardio is an exercise for the sole reason of burning cals. can be slow steady state
-
u r not in a calorie deficit
-
noooo

its really important that we spread the truth. fiber has 4cal per gram. but u can count soluble fiber as 2cals becuz we do not digest all the cals from it. insoluable fiber can be counted for less than 2.
-
sorry, not correct. fiber is a carb so it has 4 cals. it is just that r bodies do not digest it well to get all the cals from it. sugar alcohols are a kind alcohol made from carbs. the alcohol that we drink is made from carbs but it is not a carb. it is ethyl alcohol 7cals per gram.
-
carbs have about 4cal per gram. these have less.
-
y do u say no? what is a macro?
-
there r also some laboratory made macros - sugar alcohols. sweet as sugar but about half the cals.
-
true

about 70% of the cholesterol we have is made in our bodies. the excess is reabsorbed. people with high cholesterol do a poor job with the reabsorption. adding too much external cholesterol (from eggs, shrimp, etc) just add to the problem.
-
this is true. high cholesterol is genetic. some people are predisposed for high cholesterol. and the have to watch their intake
-
the inequality is created by how many calories ur body has to use to convert what u r eating into glucose. so NET calorie is important.
-
captain crunch with crunch berries is processed like HELL but very nutritious. and tasty!
-
calorie is just a measure of energy something has. but what ur body has to due to convert that energy to a form the body can use is what is important.
-
if it has been working for u, y change?
