do they eat calorie dense foods all day or are they very tight on their diet which allows them to indulge

dont listen to the bs. men around 10% bf eat mostly clean! of course they treat themselves from time to time. but their cals are so restricted that they cant blow 800 cals on a mcdonalds. unless the are runners and they can eat whatever.

here r a few examples of clean foods, steam veggies, brown rice, chicken breast, steam fish, egg whites, lean cuts of steak, potatos (no butter). just becuz something is home cooked doesnt mean its clean.

i know this. its harder to go over ur cals when eating clean foods. u dont need so much self control. but when eating bonbons and poptarts its hard to stop.

i do not log home made salads. i also dont log the 15cal dressing. trying not to get too anal with this logging thing.

cardio burns way, way more cals then weights. but what burns the MOST cals is watching the diet. and use strength training to sculpt ur body.
