When I had my ED I was a terrible binge eater. I got into a cycle of binging then I wouldnt eat -binge, not eat. I have found that if I try to "diet" it triggers my binge eating. Now I just work out everyday and eat healthy meals. Eating breakfast also helps. You will get it this time! Good luck!

I could imagine it is good for you in the sense we were born without shoes so it is more "natural". With my ankles and arches I couldn't imagine running without shoes. Only on the beach.

I was on BC all through out high school and stopped. About 6 months ago I started Yaz and man I had the worst cravings ever and I also became very depressed. I have heard of others who love Yaz and hate it so I think it depends on your bodies reaction. It may take a while to find the right one.

I think it depends on the person. I was weighing myself everyday and when I would fluctuate a pund I realized how discouraged I would get and mentally it was not good for me. I lost my period all together (which was nice!) when I lost 27 lbs. It could be the calories you are eating or the amount of exercise you are doing. Maybe talking to your doctor about it will help.

I have been seeing my doctor for a while now. We agree'd this would be a good time to let my body sleep on its own and not rely on medication. I have been on this site for a while I just never used the forums. I am doing well with weight loss my only problem is being a vegetarian it is hard to get the protien I need. I drink Protein shakes and such but still feel I am not getting enough protein. Thanks all.
