I'll join, my mini goal is to get to pre preg weight by Christmas so I have 7 to lose by then. I can do 10 lbs by new years!!
Must drink water Must drink Water MUST DRINK WATER. I've been trying to drink over 100 oz every day. It's a lot easier then I thought it would be. I usually get half down in the morning and the finish the other half from lunch to bedtime.

Tips: I like to go for walks with my family around Christmas. We can talk and admire the Christmas decorations and it also helps with digestion . Now, mind you, that's in Europe...0

I want to join!! I want to join!! I just walked for the first time yesterday since my surgery, 1st time in 3 weeks. I figure if I could go through 3 weeks with NO exercise AND Thanksgiving and lose 2 more pounds then I would LOVE to be 10 pounds lighter by the new year!! I REALLY need the encouragement and you guys and girls are the BOMB!!:bigsmile:0

I will join. I am beating myself up today and my friend has talked me into joining. sigh...... I really need to lose 20 by Valentine's Day , so to lose 10 by the end of the year would really jump start me again. :sad:0

So I'll add another "Must drink water!" to the chant! I'm really terrible with the water. I just broke down and bought a big thing of bottled water to make myself drink at least one or two a day... I've probably had two all week! Terrible...
I plan on getting back to the gym very soon (hopefully today) and keeping up with 4x a week in the gym. I also plan to get back on track with counting calories and staying within my goals. I was off track for a few weeks because I decided I needed to take a break to quit smoking first. Now I am smoke free for 4 days (and a half!) and ready to get back to work.0 -

try those little no calorie flavor packets in your water...
I put some in mine and it really helps with the water...
I also eat spicy so I tend to drink more too...

How funny - I actually typed it and I guess we have a great site to censor for us! I didn't even think about it.
I find I can drink a lot more water faster if at room temp. If it's ice cold I like it ok but I find that I chug and I REALLY chug it down at room temp--my husband makes fun of me cuz I drink about 8 oz in one drink!
spicy foods is a great way to get it in - here I am talking water and I just realized I've been busy at work and haven't had any - off to a 32 oz haven of Smart Water!0 -

Im the opposite. My water has to be ice cold or else I cant drink it. If its really cold it tastes so good then.

I just wanted to let you everyone in the 10lb challenge that I am already 4.8lbs down!!!!! I wasn't going to weight myself till sat but I just couldnt take it anymore!!!!!

I would like to lose 5. Well I would like to lose 10 or 15, but I'm shooting for 5. I really need to get under the stupid 160's.
right now I'm 162 goal is 157.0 -
When I first joined this fab challenge, I was 221lbs, I've been doing really well - even if I do say so myself, so, I think the losing 10 pounds is a definate goal for me, I've lost 5 pounds since my last posting, so I stand corrected: I CAN DO THIS by New Year :bigsmile:0

Sweettart and Jackie_W you are doing great! I've lost 1.6 since we started so 7.2 to go--I am less than 5 pounds away from getting out of the 200s and a loss of over 40.......(see me biting my finger nails!)
