Why don't you make your own salad dressing? I'm sure if you google healthy homemade salad dressing, you will find a LOT. That way you will know exactly whats in it Good luck

Love mine as well...I love that I can attach it to my bra (instead of my pants waist) and not worry about it falling off. My stair numbers seem to be correct to me. I have a 2 story house and it's accurate with how many times i go upstairs. It's definitely a huge motivator to look at the numbers and strive hard to increase…

Because they WANT to hear you say "oh I took this pill or that pill and the weight magically fell off of me"...they do NOT want to hear that you actually have to watch what you eat and exercise! I just say "i'm doing it the ONLY way that really works and last, exercise and eating right"

I have it but after watching JUST the fit test, I really am not sure I can do it. I can not even begin to imagine hopping down on the floor like they do. It takes all my effort to get down and back up off the floor when I have to get down there for something. I feel so old and out of shape :(

i know this might sound a bit odd...but it might be a good idea to go see a chiropractor. Your pelvis could be out of alignment which causes all sorts of feet/legs problems. It has helped me more than anything else ever did

Skydiving...I have wanted to for years but would never do it at this weight. So that is my reward for when I reach my goal. I just hope I don't die in the process....wouldn't that be awful to lose the weight and then die after LOL
