Stand up desk
This is my new "homemade" standing desk...Today is my first day using and I'm excited, been wanting to for a long time. I work at home so it is a lot easier for me than some but it's a lot easier to dance standing than sitting LOL

So confusing
Ok....I just have to rant this morning. I'm so confused about the numbers game.....first you hear it's all about calories in vs calories out, and as long as you have a deficit you will lose. Then you hear, you must eat high protein, low carbs, low sugar, high fiber, low sodium. I have only gone over my calories maybe 4-5…

I just had to smile at this today: I have some workout pants that I hardly ever wear because they are too short. Well today I put them on and they are NOT too short anymore. Now I know I haven't shrank an inch so I know my body is not as "wide", taking up as much room in my pants. YAY!!! I'll surely take it

Activity Level Question
I have a question about the activity level....what is the benefit to changing it from sedentary? Does it up your calories? I do computer support so I do sit most of the day but I walk at least 3 miles in the evenings. Should I keep it at sedentary? or change it to lightly active? Thanks for any help you can offer
