GREAT 3 minute exercise

A friend of mine found this awesome video on youtube. It's a 3 minute walk, really great for office workers (like me) who sit SO much of the day. My goal is to do it every hour, but even a few times a day is better than none. I do work at home so it's a little easier for me to get up and do it than people who work in an office....but why not get others doing it too? Great idea!

After reading this:
A new American Cancer Society study shows that men and women who sit for more than six hours a day are more susceptible to obesity, heart disease and diabetes.

    We used to mini walk at school back in Elementary back in the 80's before starting each new subject. It wasn't 3 minutes, about 2 I think, but it does get make you more alert.
