I believe u have to educate urself on ur own health conditions. Docs r great, - but no one knows ur own body better than u. Funny thing - if u check out medical studies they find carbs r a diabetics' main problem. But rarely does a doc suggest lowering carbs. U have to find out 4 urself what works 4 u. I don't know kgs - I use pounds in US. But, yes, I weigh myself daily (I know u shouldn't but....) sometimes u hold water, especially in ur muscles when u work out. It will come back off, promise! Just continue what ur doing - ur gonna do just fine!

Hello all! Did my measurements and am 5 inches off waist and 4 off bust total. 20 pounds gone - 1 more to go for my goal on the 14th when I see doc. Have lowered carbs a bit to around 50-60. Gotta fly - eat well to be well!:glasses:

Kathy - check out momsintofitness.com it's especially for post pregnancy bods. Someone had put this in one of the message boards and I found it very interesting. Of course, u have to combine a good "diet", but walking is fabulous, try holding in ur tummy, release and hold while walking. I hope this helps u!
