Some weight fluctuation is very normal. take your measurements to get a better idea of the way your body changes.
I go against all the advice dispensed here on scales though. I weigh myself about 4 times a day, every day. It's helped me not obsess over the number and to really see how my weight changes when it's that time of month or after a hard run/workout or at different times of day. To me, it has demystified the weight thing. It works for me. But either way, take multiple forms of success measures like how you feel, how your clothes fit, how fast you can run, how much you can squat, etc to monitor your improvement.0 -
I don't know kgs - I use pounds in US. But, yes, I weigh myself daily (I know u shouldn't but....) sometimes u hold water, especially in ur muscles when u work out. It will come back off, promise! Just continue what ur doing - ur gonna do just fine!0

Yes, it's normal. Our bodies vary by a lot in scale weight just due to normal factors. Put the scale away and take it out weekly at most. It's not your report card.
Keep it up!0 -
Your weight can fluctuate up to 4 lbs a day. This is what my doctor suggested, and it works for me- Put the scale away, and only bring it out on your check in day. Always weigh in at the same time of day. He recommends first thing in the morning before you eat.
I get scale obsessed too. Its hard not to look!0 -
That is 6.5lbs overnight so no way can you have put that amount of weight on. Even water weight it would be difficult to do unless you drank litres before you went to bed and then didn`t pee.
Your weight will fluctuate from day to day a little. Maybe reset your wii balance board? Is it on a hard surface? Are you moving it about?
Weigh yourself at pretty much the same time each day... I weigh everyday and keep a log cos its the way I prefer to do it so I can monitor it0 -
Thank you everyone who responded. I told my mom and she said almost the exact same thing. I was worried because I feel like I have been doing things slow but not so slow that I gain weight lol. Thank you again. See this is why I like this site, I can get help and support from everyone! Yay! Thanks again everyone0
