Hi guys. I have recently caught the running bug. I ran four miles on Friday. This is the furthest I have run, so proud of myself and all I want to do is go out running again! Feel free to add me as I embark on my running journey :-)

No I am not that coordinated either, even manage to whip my forearm sometimes. But defiantly a good warm up :-)

I sometimes use a jump rope to warm up before a gym session. Be sure to wear shoes though, I manage to whip my toes sometimes which is quite painful

Loving yoga at the moment, I have taken up anti gravity yoga. It is great for core strength and flexibility.
