I'd go with the machine just because it measures how vigorously you're working out... but yeah... heart monitors are the most accurate.

Tofu is labeled "extra firm", "firm", "soft", etc so you don't have to try to mush it and guess or anything. :laugh:

I usually buy extra firm and pan-fry it in a little coconut oil, then add frozen veggies to the pan, and once they're cooked through add ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce... stuff like that, and eat over brown rice. You can also grill it. Soft Tofu is for smoothies.

Minestrone soup is only 100 calories per bowl. I usually get the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks but don't eat the breadsticks... or maybe have 1 for 150 calories (usually not worth it to me). I'll eat a couple bowls of minestone and get my salad without cheese, croutons, or dressing... ask for vinegar and/or lemon…
