Ford Freestar - NEED ADVICE. not diet-related.
I'm vehicle-shopping and found this AWESOME 2004 Ford Freestar SEL Van with ALL the bells and whistles and only 64k miles on it. The initial issue I see doing review searches online is transmission problems. Anybody owned a 2004 freestar and have an opinion on them? Thanks so much for any input!

So... this may sound like a dumb question but I don't know anybody well that does them so... how do you run a 5k? I mean... how do you find out about them and enter them and do they normally cost money to enter? I'm really interested but don't know where to start.

Iron? Input needed
So I was looking at a few reports today and noticed I'm typically eating about 40% of RDA for Iron. That doesn't seem good. What are good sources of iron? And don't tell me fried chicken livers because that ain't happening. Yuck! :sick: :laugh: Thanks!
