Summer Camp HELP!

Just wondered if my trusty MFP buddies have any advice for me... I counsel at a bible camp for teenagers every summer and 3 years ago, my 85 pound weight loss with weight watchers was derailed by camp as I came back 5 pounds heavier. :embarassed: Since then I gained back another 30 pounds UNTIL I started using this site and started losing again last month! :bigsmile: Well, in 2 weeks... I go to camp and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to handle it. I stay away from soda and candy and stuff anyway so the extras aren't a problem and I'm pretty active there, but meals are served cafeteria style and I can only imagine the nutritional values of the chicken strips, fries, onion rings, hamburgers, fried ham and cheese sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, taco salad, etc etc. Ugh. :grumble: I had thought about just not worrying about it for a week (which is what happened 3 years ago) but I don't want any setbacks. :frown: Advice?
