He said we can go wherever I want for lunch but I'm in unfamiliar territory. What would be a good suggestion for a healthy lunch out? I'm in Ooltewah, TN today if that helps you make suggestions.

Anywhere is good, this is easy if you know what to eat.
Salad course - lettuce & tomato & green goodies, no cheese, no croutons, lite dressing on the side.
A grilled meat course - (chicken/petite steak/shrimp skewers)... no cheese, no gravy.
Side of steamed veggies - no cheesy sauces.
Baked potato, a little butter, lots of chives/scallions/black pepper. Just eat half if it's a biggie.
That's it, easy peasy, that meal should come in somewhere around 500 cals, and that ain't bad. Enjoy your lunch out, ask for a raise. :bigsmile:0 -
Thanks! Ended up going with a greek salad at the italian restaurant down the road. Fit in to my day pretty well. See my food diary for details.0
