I'm vehicle-shopping and found this AWESOME 2004 Ford Freestar SEL Van with ALL the bells and whistles and only 64k miles on it. The initial issue I see doing review searches online is transmission problems. Anybody owned a 2004 freestar and have an opinion on them? Thanks so much for any input!

My sister in law just bought one and LOVES it. My brother is a ford mechanic and he wouldn't have gotten one if he thought it would crap out. He's happy and he is VERY picky.

I would be concerned if it's had problems unless the transmission has totally been replaced.
Good luck!
