  • Feel free to add me! I had been lazy the first half of my pregnancy, but I'm 23+5 weeks and logging and finally getting back into my workout routine! I had cramping with working out in the beginning so the doc told me to stop...I'm sure she didn't mean to stop for as long as I have lol.

  • Ahh just one doughnut won't kill ya!! We all have set-backs...like the 6 100-calorie oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I ate yesterday!! I knew I shouldn't be eating them the whole time I was...but they were soooo goooood!!! Lol. Sometimes it's ok to cheat, we can't be perfect!! :)
