Great stuff! I thanks for all the help. my daughter is vegetarian my husband and son are meat eaters so separate meals makes things more difficult.

New products I must try. Thanks. I just looked up some dried chick pea recipes seems pretty simple (minus the pealing part) I could make a bunch and stock up on them. I love Hummus as well.

I found a steep set of steps at the beach to go up and down, I also jump rope/walk at lunch (not a whole lot of time on my hands have to get it in) I look silly but who cares!

I had this probelm too. I was so worried thought it was PF from my internet searches, but didnt have time to see a doc. So I baught new shoes, not even expensive ones, and I havent had the pain since. It was bad I couldnt walk on my heal for 1-2 days each time.

I record my weight on a personal calender daily. I only report on MFP every other week on Wednesday. I only record daily for myself to see if there was a pattern and I gained a few lbs every Monday but lost them by Wed. I think it was all the salt I eat on the weekend.

With ranch seasoning and dip my vegies in it , makes great dip. Or shred cucumber skin and make a grilled chicken gyro on whole wheat pita yummmm.

Day 1 Level 2. Struggled a bit and I hate getting on the floor so much, I really think this is working. Ill take my halfway measurments next tuesday. I really want to see my arm fat shrink that hasnt budged from the cardio I was doing.

Anyone care to share the calories your burniing in level 1 with your HRM ? Just curious My HRM is not working right, I usually log with Circuit training 200-250 cal burned. Does this sound accurate?

I can do 9 pushups now! I have such a hard time with push ups, I just physically cant get past 9! Halfway done with level one, Yay!

Day one done, getting ready to be sore tomorow! Had to get up at 4:30am to squeeze it in, 29 more days to go!! Does anyone else gain weight when your muscles are sore? I always see 2-3 lbs for about a day or so.
