Cardio ideas

Anyone have any ideas for getting my cardio without running indoors or out, using a treadmill or an elliptical, or doing loud, ridiculous exercises on my hardwood floor. I have room mates and we all have sporadic sleep patterns.
my ideas so far:
- join a class, kick boxing, dancing, etc. (pricey, but fun.)
- play tennis
- learn a new sport (all the falling down and getting back up counts as stretches, right?)
- walking (what, am i 50?)
- swimming?
- find a hill and set some goals doing HIIT
PLEASE ADD MORE...

I found a steep set of steps at the beach to go up and down, I also jump rope/walk at lunch (not a whole lot of time on my hands have to get it in) I look silly but who cares!0
