Started Day 1 of 30 Day Shred yesterday as I struggle to get to the gym during school hols. It went well....too well....so I decided to do a JM Banish Fat Boost Metabolism session as well. Big mistake. I ache too much to do Day 2 :( I will take a painkiller and attempt it anyway :)

Just tried BFBM for first time. Only managed 30 mins and I thought my level of fitness was quite good! This is going to keep me entertained for a while as I work up to full workout.....

I've got some scales that measure weight, fat, muscle, water, BMI based on height / age. Have just done my measurements too - there's a gain all over! But water % is lower than last week so its all just fat. It's soul destroying!
