Breakfast buffet at work today. I did not eat the pastries, donuts, bagels and cream cheese. Only had the quiche and fresh fruit which was the most nutritious.

I have been doing this too since I saw a Dr. Oz show on them. I also do ground flax seed too. the only problem I have with the chia seeds is they get stuck in my teeth.

Ugghhh I agree! I sit right outside a conference room. we even put a note on the door and it doesn't help. sometimes I just get up and say "do you mind if I close the door!" haha, I'm sure I have a nasty look on my face too. :)
